Needed lots more sweet relish for my taste. Will do half Mayo half miracle whip next time. Everyone loved these. Made eggs, bacon and filling the night before and stored in fridge. Assembled the next day and topped with extra Gouda and bacon also stored in fridge from night before. Sprinkled with paprika at end.
