Freeze and defrost the tofu (MUST). Marinate overnight in the provided marinade. Hassleback and score the tofu and bake as instructed. Baste every 15 minutes in remaining marinade. Last 10 minutes, add a mustard brown sugar glaze instead of the orange glaze. Phenomenal.
