I really enjoyed this, and kielbasa isn’t my favorite for sure! I made several changes only to preparation, as I’m always looking to consolidate time and dirty dishes. I first cooked the sausage in a cast iron skillet, then removed and used to same skillet and drippings to seat my brussel sprouts and cook the shallot and garlic. Once those were done, I added the kielbasa back to the skillet and the bean/sauce ingredients and done! Only one pan down. It is surprisingly lighter than you would expect.
