← Replies in Vegan Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe

I added 2.5 vegetable + chicken stock cubes and used potatoes instead of vegan chicken, and it doesn't have much taste this way. (Cooked in the instant pot.) Still, I love the idea of this recipe so I'd try it again with broth or more stock.
