The sauce was perfection! This will be my go-to recipe for teriyaki sauce.
I added veggies: onion, bell pepper, broccoli, water chestnuts, and baby corn. Stir fried the veggies in avocado oil, salt and pepper until browned, then removed from pan and cooked the chicken (same pan). I cut my chicken into bite size pieces (family preference). I used paper towels to soak up the chicken juices while cooking to help it brown better. I also added pepper to the chicken. Then I added the veggies back into the pan with the chicken and finished with the recipe using the teriyaki sauce. Family loved it!
