Made as following:
3 medium blood oranges (500g)
125g sugar
150g almond flour
5 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
190 celcius 50m
Glaze:
Melted together
3/4 semisweet chocolate chips
1/4tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
Will try to pressure cook 15m in high pressure with 1.5c water next time. Maybe 100g sugar even. Otherwise 10m x 3 works
