Shocked at how good this is. I ended up using about 3-4 tablespoons of lemon juice and more broth. I didn’t use any nutritional yeast and it was absolutely delicious even without that. I also did more of one scant cup instead of heaping 1/2 cup of cashews, added a LOT of black pepper, and added oregano, rosemary, and thyme as well. So yummy.
