I added jalapeños as a garnish and feel it really needs these to boost the flavour. Used half green and red pepper instead of just red in the base. Added quark as garnish too, makes at least 4/5 portions.
Agree that it could do with more seasoning I would even double the spice mix and play around with additional spices and with the toppings..
Still.. it’s a great base for lunches and very healthy
With the toppings I mentioned it’s 25g protein (quark, pumpkin seeds, quinoa, black beans) for around 550 calories and very filling..
