Wish I would have gotten a photo, we used thick bone in chops on a flat top grill and they were delicious. We used the balsamic glaze more as a dipping sauce because I didn't thicken it quite enough but still an overall solid marinade and sauce! (Substituted fresh rosemary for regular old dry seasoning and worked the same)
