← Replies in Slow Cooker Split Pea Soup with Ham Hock Recipe

I could only find raw ham hock so I cooked it in a cast iron pan the day before. Then, I put it in the soup as in the recipe. The soup was fantastic and had tons of flavor, but was very thick and I used leftovers as a pasta sauce instead of soup.
