The frosting was amazing! It's tangy, sweet, and vibrant-- both in color and flavor! The cupcake was a bit dense but the frosting cut through it nicely. Amazing flavor, though! The perfect amount of lemon to compliment the strawberry frosting. I may omit the cornstarch next time I make these.
