I love tofu when we eat out but have not been able to make a tofu I enjoy at home. This is it. This is the recipe. 🙌
Note: I used firm tofu and I did drain/press my tofu, freeze, defrost and then marinate in light soy sauce, dijon, garlic and veggie stock over night. Then I followed this recipe. I did cut mine smaller and cooked a little longer for desired crunch. I skipped the salt and didn't feel like I missed out on anything.
