I was unsure if the mayo went in or outside the tortilla. I did one each way. In, is better. I used great large tortillas, that was a mistake. Normal size was way easier to cook and flip. I thought I had prepared so well but my beef was frozen so I used ground beef. I put one fresh jalapeño next time I will use two.
It was really good and my oops will be fun to fix next time. I will use beef and velvet beforehand. I won't use taco like seasoning and stick to the recipe more closely. I
