Did not add the zucchini or yellow squash as hubby doesn't like it but added cut-up chicken that I first seared on all sides (bite-size pieces) to rest of ingredients. Used Slap yo Momma Cajun seasoning and avocado oil as that was what I had on hand. We loved this - so good! (I bet it would be yummy as directed. I just changed it up a bit for my hubby.)
