Ok these are good however I will be making the following changes next time: use salted butter and skip adding kosher salt. Also I will try baking for an additional 3 or 4 minutes. They come out soft and they do harden up as they cool but I'd like them even crunchier. Overall great recipe!

I have also tried these with 1:1 gluten free flour and did not like them. Personally would not recommend, but maybe it depends on the gf flour you use (I used Bob's Red Mill brand). Texture held up fine and they baked fine I just didn't love the overall flavor.
