← Replies in Chocolate Pastry Cream (Crème Pâtissière) Recipe

First attempt at making chocolate pastry cream - or any type of pastry cream! Followed the directions and no scrambled eggs! I used this as a filling for a layer cake. I think it could use a little more sugar other than that really good!
