Kind of bland without extra garlic seasoning and paprika and chili powder. Also made the mistake of adding water to the slow cooker since the ingredients were frozen and the dish turned out watery and the pasta was overcooked. So next time get bigger macaroni pasta or use more pasta. Also add tomato sauce.
