A cautionary tale-I snacked the cashews into oblivion before getting around to preparing the cashew dressing- I'm sure that threw the taste off. And if you're like me and you ignore the packaging and don't boil the edame it comes out waaay too fibrous.
So maybe my distaste for this dish is my own fault but I really didn't care for it. I found it bland and annoyingly chewy. ::shrug::
