Awesome recipe!!! It's so creamy & luxurious to have on a weeknight (or have for lunch), which is made possible with the prep ahead steps!
I made some tweaks because I already spent my budget last week, so I used what I had in a pinch.
We ended up being short on chicken breasts, so I added more mushrooms.๐๐๐๐
Substituted zucchini with brussel sprouts to be used up.
Substituted Marsala wine with more chicken stock & 2 TBSP of Balsamic Glaze.
Also, in place of flour, I used ground flaxseed meal.
