Cheeseburger Tater Tot (Hashbrown) Casserole 😋😋😋 I prepped everything on Tuesday. Tonight, just had to dump the ground beef, garlic, onion, green peppers, Worcestershire Sauce and 2TBSP of Al Pastor taco seasoning to brown.
There were no tater tots at my store, so I gave these 9min Air Fryer hashbrowns a try.
Once the meat mixture was done, I laid the frozen hasbrowns on top, put in the oven for 10mins.
Meanwhile, I chopped up tomatoes, used green onion from last night's stirfry, chopped up a dill pickle & two strips of leftover 🥓!
I went to grab my shredded Tex Mex cheese, but that was not only jalapeños I saw in the bag...but fuzzy ones.😢🤦♀️. So a block of Swiss to the rescue & I shredded that up. Also, we didn't have enough sour cream, so cottage cheese did the trick!
Took out the Casserole & threw on the shredded Swiss & chopped bacon & put back in the oven for another 10mis.
So yummy and easy !!!😋
