Lacey!!! Thank you so much for doing your “Will It Focaccia” series. The one that got me was the Apple Fritter Focaccia!! I did it with the Overnight Recipe bc it uses Instant yeast. That was the game changer for me!! I’ve never had success with bread! So, at 59 yo…I am so excited about becoming a Focaccia Baker!! Thank you for your amazing directions that made it seem doable.
