A savory meal that we will definitely make again. We used sweet Italian sausage this time but will probably try chicken apple sausage next time for an extra layer of flavor. Roasting the butternut squash took about 1/2 an hour, but that was the most time consuming part of making this meal. Over all this meal is a winner 👍
