The best chocolate cake I’ve ever made. I added homemade raspberry jam inside the layers and it went down a treat at work. I was abit pushed for time and took it out of the tins while still warm so it was abit crumbly, if I’d left it it would have been easier to construct.
But an absolute must if you like chocolate brownies
