These Ikea copycat Ikea meatballs are 💯 absolutely AMAZING!!!👏I did the Stovetop method.
I made a couple of adjustments to use up what we had. I made a carrot & sweet potato mash instead. I was going to use corn, but decided to ditch it because I had a lot going on.
The flavour of these meatballs are spot on! The prep steps totally saved me in the kitchen. I will make again & again because my kiddo loved them. And the best part is we don't have to fight the crowds at Ikea to have these!!!
