This is my firstt time, and it was very good!. Just to add a few things. If you are using the oven Method, melt 3 tablespoons of Butter and with a basting brush, brush the turkey all over. After about 30 minuted in the oven.
Also put water in the bottom of pan as it cooks. Delicious
