Added cumin, 25% more paprika, pepper, garlic powder and salt. Mixture was too wet and sticky (didn’t weigh the sweet potato) but baked on 180 for 8 minute a side and came out pretty decent, if a little soft. Had to add more panko to compensate but it dulled the spices. Next time weigh out ingredients properly and let lentils sit for the 10 minutes after cooking before adding into mix. Add something else to balance the cumin out. 1 large sweet potato made 26 tots.
