Tasted amazing. Crust flakey and inside sweet. Used canned cherries instead of fresh ones and halved the sugar in the filling. Pairs well with butter pecan ice cream. Can pre-make dough and filling the day before as long as you allow it to thaw to room temperature before assembling.
