Easy recipe to make. First time I ever made focaccia and it was a hit. Topped mine with a puréed blend of bell pepper, garlic, and onion with fresh basil, everything bagel seasoning mix, and half with cheese. There’s barely any left. Top and bottom was very crispy, middle was moist, soft, and fluffy. Delicious with some olive oil sat peppers and avocado or marinara sauce. Everyone’s already asking me to make it for Christmas.
