Really easy and tasty. I added the suggested ginger, some garlic, and a squirt of sriracha and I'd prefer this to takeout any day.
I would suggest cooking the pork chops the whole way through or adding the cornstarch to the sauce in the pan after the chops are done. When I added the sauce with cornstarch in it, it thickened before the chops were to temp and I was afraid it was going to burn. I stirred it a lot and it was fine.
We served it over white rice for a full meal and everyone really enjoyed it.
