I personally added any spare dry rub to the flour before dredging the pork chops. Absolutely must season the flour, too! The gravy was too thick for my preference, and even adding extra cream didn't help. I'm not sure why. Next time, I think I'll fully cook the pork chops and then just add the gravy over them.
