The dish was moist thanks to the gravy, but overall, the taste was bland. The garlic and onion powder didn’t provide enough flavor, and the broccoli tended to overpower the dish. Skipping the canned mushrooms may have impacted the flavor balance. While it’s a healthy and edible meal, it’s not particularly exciting in terms of taste. Using better gravy and experimenting with spices could improve it, but I’d probably opt for a different recipe next time.
