I used 9 eggs. Liquid milk of 1 and 1/3c.
Cooked sausage links, cooled, and sliced. Put sausage in bottom of dish. Cooked up finely chopped onions and broccoli florets in a bit of the sausage grease, with the Italian seasoning, due to a pepper allergy amongst a guest that negated using peppers. Layered veggies on top of sausage. Then layered thawed hash browns and an 8oz package of shredded Mexican cheese (because that's what I had). Poured egg mixture over top. Let sit for about 1 hour in the fridge. Put in a cool oven since my dish was cold and it took about 55 minutes from the time oven came up to temp. An absolute go-to for large gatherings with breakfast foods.
