Read the comments and did the stovetop/oven method. used half soy sauce and half coco aminos to cut the saltiness. Also used 1/4 cup honey and a couple tablespoons of brown sugar. Doubled the red pepper flakes and waited til the end to add sesame oil and lime juice. Sautéed the meat in the thickened sauce just before serving. Great with rice, shredded carrots and bell peppers in a lettuce or cabbage wrap. The sauce was delicious!
