Loved the cake and proud that it turned out okay! A bit difficult to make though (fault is on me and my skills haha). I had to make a few adjustments because mine didn't turn out as the recipe did. Here's a couple of things that worked for me:
1. Once I had put my honey mixture aside to cool to room temp, it had basically completely solidified and I had to warm it up again and scrape really hard to get it soft. Next time I'd put in the eggs whilst the liquid is still pretty warm just so it's still liquidy.
2. Didn't have enough dough for the outside crumbs, so I just ended up buying some biscuits from the store that I crumbled. Saved me some stress 😭
3. The cookie dough was very sticky bc of the honey so it kept sticking and ripping so I used a bit of flour to make it non stick. Not too much though!!
