Add a bag of spinach at the end to make for a slightly healthier meal. Feel free to reduce cream as I did. Doubled this recipe and used it over 18 oz of cheese-filled rigatoni. Could probably get away with more pasta than recipe suggests, it was very saucy. We added a few tablespoons of grated parm into the sauce near the end of cooking instead of at the table. Very garlicky, yum!
