I made some minor adjustments. I'm not big on peas, so I swapped it out for quartered potatoes and red/yellow bell peppers. The stores around me don't sell Garam Masala, so I used a jar of Tikka Masala. I enjoyed it a lot–I really like chicken curry in general. My boyfriend hasn't given me his opinions yet, but he's not the biggest fan of curry. I'm guessing he'll think it's okay. This will probably be one of those things I make just for myself.
