the sauce was a little too thin, will probably figure out what a cornstarch slurry is next time and use that to thicken it lol. otherwise pretty good :)

Cornstarch or all purpose flour mixed with water Make the mixture as thick as you want the sauce to be

You can also add a little bit of flour to the pan with oil (or even another liquid) before you add the other ingredients and it will thicken it as well.
