Since going paleo, I have missed how easy oatmeal is. This recipe has all the oatmeal flavor, and ease, but dare i say better 🤭 This is seriously so good I used finely shredded coconut and it was perfect. The banana sweetened it upcontent. Ate it with a side of apples. I will cook it with the apples added in next time, the possibilities are endless. Also, I'm going to through in some collagen to up the protien content.
