OMG! This was a hit! My husband loved this! A perfect comforting soup for cooler weather. I love the fresh root vegetables in this, and the salmon poaches in the soup just before serving. I highly recommend using fish or seafood stock if you can find it. I found it at the 3rd grocery store I have went to, and it definitely adds to the flavor. Filling but not heavy, even with adding the heavy cream.
