Guessed measurements for veggies and herbs, turned out great! Has more of a "green" flavor than chicken or pasta. Took closer to an hour to make bc of chopping/grating ingredients.

Additionally, since I didn't have most of the ingredients on hand, this was a $60-70 meal. For my single person household, this will likely make enough meals for an entire week.
