So good! Used 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch in place of flour (not sure it’s needed) and heavy cream in place of milk. Salt and pepper to taste. Will make many times over. Tons of leftovers, beware. Lol
Made this again with a couple tweaks. It needs an extra cup of water. Still used heavy cream and did the tblsp of flour this this time. 3/4 tsp (will do 1/2 tsp next time) of celery salt instead of 1.5 tsp of regular salt. I don’t peel my potatoes (I like the skins, just scrub well before cutting) and added 1.5 tsp of garlic powder and onion powder. Also don’t garnish, I just dump precooked bacon pieces in with it (5oz this time). It was amazing!
