My version variations:
Use diced fire roasted tomatoes
1 1/2 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
2 bay leaves
Only 1 cup (4oz) elbows
4 oz. sharp cheddar (or more)
Bring to boil before adding elbows.
Simmer 15-18 minutes uncovered.
I didn’t use salt & didn’t stir in cheese, just threw it on top.
