Great recipe. Next time I make it I'll plan to use only 2 cans of beans and a larger can of hominy because I prefer that ratio, but the flavors are fantastic. I used an instant pot to cook this (saute onions, garlic, jalapeno, then 15 min high pressure manual). Flavor is even better once it's sat in the fridge for a few days.
