These were some of the most delicious potatoes I have ever tasted! I made them as a side to go with lamb for the anniversary dinner I made my husband and I, and the potatoes almost stole the show from the lamb! The prep work takes the most effort, but honestly isn't too taxing of an effort. I will be making these again.
