My old man asked me to find him a low carb bulgogi recipe. When we made this, he told me this was very similar but when he tried it, he told me the only difference is the meat used. I had never had bulgogi. All I can say is yummy, yummy, hush...I'm eating. Instead of rice I paired this with a mushroom dish that has what to my old man and I tastes like an Asian twist. It paired perfectly. The mushroom dish we used, in case anyone wants to try it that way, is oven roasted mushrooms recipe. You can find it on here, it has parsley, thyme, garlic and balsamic vinegar. I wanted to keep eating this even after I got full. So good.
