Red peppers aren't listed in ingredients (how many should be used?) The recipe used a pressure cooker but the ingredients says an air fryer or oven should be used - what are the cook times for these instead? Update: I gave this a try and it was delicious! I used 2 red peppers (although I think you could happily put in 4) and after frying the ingredients in a pan cooked it in the slow cooker for 5 hours. I then pulled all the meat out and shredded it, topped with cheese and baked in the oven for 10 minutes to melt the cheese. I put the remaining liquid in a pan to reduce and added some cornstarch to thicken. Served in rolls, which I dipped into the sauce

For a roast of this size I would use 2 peppers but we really like pepper so we use a lot. I used a pressure cooker so not sure on oven or air fryer time/temp.
