First time using my Instant Pot and was so easy to follow up and just press buttons. Never had carrot + apple combo before and they actually pair deliciously 🥰 left most spices out (just s&p), no heavy cream and doubled the amount of onion and of course garlic. This made a lot, so happy to see I will have soup for days! We ate it with beef flautitas and red cumin rice 👍🏻
