Didn't have Cajun seasoning mix on hand so I used salt, pepper, granulated onion, parsley, basil, thyme, paprika and cayenne. I added a dash of msg for more savory flavor, as well as a teaspoon or two of old bay.
Used less cream than was asked, 2 cups instead of 2.5. and the sauce and noodles came out perfectly despite having less overall liquid.
