Might want to refrigerate for a bit or overnight for best results. Add a bit of oregano before rolling. Use a tin foil pan from Costco on the grill for no cleanup or any house smell or extra heat being from AZ. Red pepper flakes are nice too for garlic bread meatball sandwiches.
