Really tasty! Made in slow cooker but finished it off in the oven so the dumplings went crispy on the top. Used vegetables that I had in the fridge, carrots, Swede, butternut squash, onions, celery and leeks. Added spinach at the end. Husband mopped up the sauce with some baguette. Definitely recommend. Made a second time and made 1.5x the dumplings so had 9 to share as they are so tasty
Made a third in the ninja 15 in 1. Added chicken drumsticks and pressure cooked for 15 quick release. Then added creme fraiche and spinach and dumplings and cooked for 15 on bake 180
